Afternoon Report

Home from work and going to my dad's for dinner tonight. I was peckish when I got home, so I had a few bites of ground beef and a small hunk of cheese. Protein fills me up, and will keep me going until I get to my dad's, where there will be lots of healthy and yummy food. 

I feel like sitting around until it is time to go, but these are things I have to do:
  • prep coffee for morning -- done 
  • make bed  -- done 
  • walk the dog - done 
  • do ab work  -- done 
  • try to fix the painful sciatic nerve shooting pain down my right leg through my leg into my foot. -- did a bunch of down dog and pigeon poses. Pigeon was a lot easier without the large piece of fat that used to get in my way. I was sort of surprised to find it missing, but I don't want it back. So, if you see it, please don't tell it where i am. 
  • Buy a bottle of Rose (visualize an accent over the "e") wine for picnic at dad's. I can pretend it's summer, right?
