My body is in pain. Not a bad pain, but the sort of pain that feels like someone beat you about the arms and legs with a hammer. See, the Denise Austin workout involves super-sets, and very slow lifting, and dead lifts and squats and things. And apparently you are supposed to use 3-5 pound weights, but all I have are my 10 pounders, which might explain the state of things. I walked this morning, a slow, plodding 45 minutes with a hamstring stretch in the middle that made me wince. And some push ups that did not make me wince. I don't like to feel so sluggish when I walk. I will try to do the Denise Austin 2 days a week, and hopefully not feel like this each time.
