Peel.
Julienne. Put in big bowl.
Add juice of a lime or 2. Tablespoon olive oil. Sprinkle of salt. 1/2 or 3/4 tsp. of chili powder. Bunch of mint chopped up. Mix and refrigerate. Serve cold. It's very refreshing.
