I wanted something like
bi bim bap for breakfast this morning. But I settled for the egg, rice and chili paste part of it. Very tasty. I hardly ever eat sunny-side up eggs and these were a delight with the spicy garlic/chili paste and the jasmine rice. Rice has become a staple of my diet.
I can definitely tell that I did a lot of plank pose yesterday...
ETA: Second breakfast was a cold artichoke.
